Price Gouging Statute in Effect

Price gouging protections related to goods and services necessary for preparation, response, and recovery activities, including but not limited to, petroleum products, propane, and heating fuels, that were invoked by the State of Emergency for Winter Weather, went into effect on Friday, January 30, 2026, and shall remain in effect until 11:59pm on Friday, February 6, 2026.
