Price Gouging Statute in Effect

Price gouging protections related to goods and services necessary for storm preparation, response, and recovery activities, including petroleum products, propane, and heating fuels, that were invoked by the State of Emergency for Winter Weather, went into effect on Thursday, January 9, 2025, and shall remain in effect until 11:59pm on Sunday, January 19, 2025.
